SoarAbility is a privately funded endeavour that enables people with a sense of adventure, who may not be fully mobile in the conventional sense, and or who might have special needs: to enjoy the fun, freedom and exhilaration of soaring flight.

Operating from purpose built facilities at Cunderdin Airfield situated approximately 2 hours drive east of Perth in Western Australia, SoarAbility utilises a tandem seated self-launching Schleicher ASK21Mi Motor Glider fitted with hand controls, and a side by side seat high performance Stemme S10V motor glider. The venture also operates a custom built full size Motor Glider simulator also fitted with hand controls. This air conditioned and mobile ground based training module faithfully replicates the actual flight and training environment and is fully wheelchair accessible.

In this it specifically caters for a wide spectrum of those with requirements that might ordinarily frustrate their access to the sport of gliding, providing them with an opportunity to control an aircraft throughout it’s full flight operating regimen.
